What is the minimum and maximum order size?
We accept orders for as little as a 5 gallon pail or 1 bag of product. The maximum order is one pallet of bags or drums. If you are interested in larger volumes of material please contact customer service at ahonline@acme-hardesty.com.

Why do I have to register to purchase online with Acme-Hardesty?
Before we process your order, we want to be sure we have the correct shipping and billing address, and a valid tax exemption certificate to avoid charging you sales tax.

Why do I have to submit a Tax Exemption Certificate before placing an order? Where can I get one?
Acme-Hardesty's Online Store does not charge tax or shipping on your orders. In order for us to process your order tax free, we must verify that you have established a tax exemption status with your state. What do the terms USP, NF, FGK, Kosher mean?
USP–NF is a combination of two compendia, the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and the National Formulary (NF). Monographs for drug substances, dosage forms, and compounded preparations are featured in the USP. FGK stands for Food Grade Kosher. A product is Kosher when it conforms to Jewish dietary laws.
